Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using SEO Factory AI. By installing the plugin or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

SEO Factory AI is a WordPress plugin that uses artificial intelligence to generate SEO keyword strategies and blog post content. The service is provided by SEO Factory AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and is accessible after account activation at seofactoryai.com.

2. Account Registration

To use the service, you must provide a valid email address and verify it via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Sharing your account credentials with others is permitted but doing so means sharing your credits.

3. Credits System

The service operates on a credit-based system:

New accounts receive 60 free credits upon activation
Each keyword generation costs 1 credit
Each post generation costs 2 credits
Credits on paid plans refresh monthly on your billing date
Top-up credits never expire and stack on top of your plan credits
Free plan credits do not refresh
Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next billing period

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges on your chosen billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your plan will downgrade to free but you will keep any remaining credits.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI-generated content and credit consumption, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us at support@seofactoryai.com within 7 days and we will review your case.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SEO Factory AI to:

Generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
Attempt to circumvent the credit system or access the service without proper authorization
Reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the service
Use the service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by SEO Factory AI is produced by OpenAI’s GPT-4o model. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing the generated content. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or search engine performance of generated content. You own the content you generate.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (OpenAI, Railway, Lemon Squeezy) or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Factory AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The SEO Factory AI plugin, website, and all associated code remain the intellectual property of SEO Factory AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the plugin on your WordPress sites. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the plugin without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
